Q: How do I use myGDC Vault?
A: GDC09 All Access Pass holders, speakers, or registered press must be logged into myGDC to view premium GDC09 content. Slides and select videos are available to all in the free section of myGDC Vault. For tips and tricks on how to use myGDC Vault, click here.

Q: What type of content is available within myGDC Vault?
A: myGDC Vault hosts audio, slides, and video from select GDC sessions.

Q: Who has access to video recordings in myGDC Vault?
A: GDC All Access Pass holders, speakers, and registered press receive exclusive access to all content in myGDC Vault associated with their event (i.e. GDC09 All Access Pass = GDC09 Content). Content formats include audio, slides, and video from select GDC sessions. 

The myGDC Vault Free & Sponsored sections contain slides from GDC events and special sponsored video content. The free and sponsored Vault sections are available to all. 

Q: I did not purchase an All Access pass to GDC09. Is there a way I can purchase access to Vault?
A: Conference Management is currently working on the option to upgrade your pass to All Access after the conference. For the time being, you can view free content in the free section of myGDC Vault and purchase audio recordings in the myGDC Vault Store. Audio recordings will be available in the myGDC Vault Store in late April.

Q: I used to get slides for free. Where can I get them now?
A: GDC09 slides and select sponsored videos are available in the free section of myGDC Vault.

Q: Where can I purchase GDC audio recordings?
A: Formerly known as "GDC Radio", the myGDC Vault store offers audio recordings for purchase from GDC09 and previous events. GDC09 audio recordings will be available for purchase in late April.

Q: I attended a session at GDC and don't see it on myGDC Vault. Where can I find the session?
A: Conference Management recorded hundreds of viewable sessions available in the myGDC Vault. Due to the high number of simultaneous sessions, we were not able to videotape all sessions, but speaker slides and session audio recordings are available. You can view session slides in myGDC Vault, and audio recordings will be available in the myGDC Vault Store in late April.

A: When viewing sponsored sessions, you may be asked to provide personal information. Your information will be used in accordance with our third party opt-in policies. You can review these privacy policies here.
